By voluntarily, involuntarily, knowingly, unknowingly, intentionally, unintentionally, directly, indirectly, or in any manner whatsoever accessing, browsing, viewing, engaging with, booking, purchasing, or otherwise utilizing the spiritual, metaphysical, holistic, and energy-based services, offerings, consultations, communications, products, or materials provided, facilitated, or otherwise made available by the individual rendering such services (hereinafter referred to for the sake of linguistic brevity and legal clarity as “the Practitioner”), any person, natural or legal, entity, participant, user, or client so engaging (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the User,” “the Client,” or “the Participant”) shall be deemed to have unconditionally, irrevocably, and perpetually assented to, acknowledged, accepted, and agreed to be fully and legally bound by all stipulations, provisions, disclaimers, rights, obligations, terms, and conditions contained herein (hereinafter collectively referred to as “these Terms” or “this Agreement”), irrespective of whether the User has read, understood, interpreted, or reflected upon the meaning, legal consequences, or implications of such provisions, since the mere act of engaging with, continuing to use, or otherwise interacting with the services, products, or website constitutes incontrovertible and conclusive evidence of the User’s consent to be bound by these Terms, which supersede and replace any prior oral, written, implied, or informal communications, understandings, or representations between the User and the Practitioner. The User expressly acknowledges, confirms, and agrees that these Terms and Conditions, irrespective of linguistic sophistication, length, or structural format, have been made fully accessible for review prior to engagement, and by proceeding with any booking, purchase, or usage of services or products, the User voluntarily waives any claim or defense based on alleged misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or inability to comprehend the language herein. This Agreement is the sole and exclusive record of the rights, duties, and responsibilities of both parties, and no deviation or contradiction shall be entertained unless explicitly stated in writing by the Practitioner.

The Practitioner, in good faith, due diligence, and with no misrepresentation or fraudulent intention, offers a range of complementary and holistic services aimed at spiritual, energetic, and emotional well-being, which include, but are not limited to, crystal healing, angelic healing, meditation guidance, energy-balancing practices, spiritual cleansing, vibrational alignment, and associated spiritual modalities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Healing Services”), delivered through both online channels (such as video calls, audio calls, or other digital mediums) and offline, in-person sessions. The User acknowledges, understands, and explicitly agrees that such Healing Services are complementary practices, rooted in traditional belief systems, and do not constitute, nor are they intended to substitute, any form of professional medical diagnosis, treatment, psychiatric care, psychological therapy, legal counsel, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service. The Practitioner makes no medical, legal, or financial claims, nor does the Practitioner guarantee, warrant, or assure any specific results, outcomes, or measurable changes arising from participation in Healing Services, as the perceived effectiveness and impact of such services are subjective, varying significantly from person to person, and are influenced by individual belief systems, energy receptivity, emotional state, and personal circumstances. The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that any and all decisions, interpretations, and actions undertaken during or after participation in Healing Services are made solely at the User’s own risk and discretion, and the Practitioner shall bear no liability, responsibility, or obligation for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special harm, injury, dissatisfaction, or perceived failure that may arise.

The Practitioner also curates, sources, and makes available for sale a selection of natural crystals, crystal bracelets, metaphysical tools, spiritual artifacts, and related vibrational products (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products”), which are provided on an “as is” basis, with the User’s understanding and acknowledgment that all such items are naturally occurring and may exhibit inherent and unavoidable variations in size, shape, color, weight, clarity, or texture, none of which shall be construed as defects or grounds for replacement, return, or complaint. Any descriptions, statements, or explanations relating to the metaphysical, spiritual, or energetic properties of these Products are purely derived from traditional beliefs, cultural practices, and anecdotal experiences, and are not scientifically verified, endorsed, or guaranteed. The Practitioner expressly disclaims any medical, therapeutic, or scientifically measurable claims regarding the use, efficacy, or outcomes of any Product. The User’s decision to purchase, use, or engage with any Product is made entirely at their own discretion, belief, and risk, and the Practitioner shall not be held responsible for any adverse experience, dissatisfaction, or perceived inefficacy associated therewith. The Practitioner reserves the right to revise, modify, or update the selection, pricing, and availability of Products or services at any time without prior notice, and such revisions shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

The Practitioner makes no medical, legal, or financial claims, nor does the Practitioner guarantee, warrant, or assure any specific results, outcomes, or measurable changes. The User understands and agrees that the efficacy of any Healing Services is subjective, varies from person to person, and is influenced by various intangible factors, including but not limited to, the User’s energy, mindset, belief systems, karma, past experiences, spiritual alignment, and openness to healing.

Eligibility to access, engage with, or purchase services or Products is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or, in the case of minors, to those who are doing so under the supervision and with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall assume full and binding responsibility for the actions, decisions, and obligations of the minor in connection with these Terms. All bookings, purchases, and orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability. The Practitioner reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse, decline, or cancel any booking, purchase, or order for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, unavailability, mispricing, suspected fraud, or other irregularities.

All payments for Healing Services must be completed in full at the time of booking, and all payments for Products must be made in full prior to dispatch. Payments are accepted via commonly used digital and banking modes such as UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. The Practitioner shall not be liable for technical issues, transaction failures, or delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or technical malfunctions beyond the Practitioner’s control.

Shipping and delivery of Products are restricted to locations within India. Estimated delivery timelines provided to the User are approximate and not guaranteed, as delays may arise due to courier service disruptions, logistical challenges, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond the Practitioner’s reasonable control. The Practitioner shall not be liable for late deliveries, loss, misplacement, or non-delivery of Products caused by third-party logistics partners. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds, the User acknowledges and accepts that Healing Services, once booked and confirmed, are strictly non-refundable, given the personal time and energetic investment involved. However, cancellations may be considered, at the sole discretion of the Practitioner, if requested at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled session, and in such cases, rescheduling rather than refunding may be offered. For Products, returns are permitted only for items that are demonstrably damaged or incorrect upon receipt, and the User must report such issues within two (2) days of delivery. Items that are customized, personalized, or used shall not be eligible for return or refund. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after verification of the returned item’s condition.

The Practitioner values and safeguards User privacy to the fullest extent reasonably possible, collecting only such personal information (e.g., name, contact details, booking data) as is necessary for transactional, communication, and service-related purposes. Such information will not be intentionally sold, traded, or disclosed to third parties without explicit User consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal authorities. Notwithstanding these commitments, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Practitioner may process, store, and utilize personal data for website optimization, service upgrades, communication, and operational improvements. The act of submitting a form, initiating communication, completing a purchase, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with the Practitioner’s offerings shall constitute irrefutable, conclusive, and binding evidence of the User’s full and informed acceptance of these Terms, regardless of whether the User has read each clause in detail. The Practitioner employs reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect personal data but does not guarantee immunity from cyberattacks, data leaks, or breaches caused by external factors such as hosting failures or malicious intrusions. The User agrees that the Practitioner shall not be held liable for unauthorized data breaches, provided that reasonable precautions were taken.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner disclaims all liability for damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, emotional distress, data loss, or goodwill, arising from the User’s reliance on or participation in the services or use of Products. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Practitioner from any claims, demands, damages, or legal costs arising out of the User’s misuse of the services or Products or violation of these Terms. The language employed in these Terms is intended solely to ensure legal precision and comprehensive coverage, and nothing contained herein shall be construed as ambiguous, misleading, or unfair, it being understood that the User retains the right to seek clarification before proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority or court, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and such invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally enforceable one that closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra. Any failure by the Practitioner to enforce a right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right.

By effecting any purchase, availing any service, or otherwise engaging in any form of transactional or non-transactional interaction with the Practitioner, the User shall be deemed to have granted unequivocal, perpetual, and irrevocable consent for the lawful acquisition, retention, and strictly limited utilization of all personal identifiers and voluntarily submitted data, including but not restricted to their full name, photographic likeness, digital or written reviews, and other forms of feedback, insofar as such information is necessary for the execution of services, order fulfillment, administrative record-keeping, or legitimate promotional representation of the Practitioner’s offerings. The User expressly forgoes and waives any subsequent right or claim to object, restrict, or contest the Practitioner’s legitimate and reasonable use of such voluntarily submitted information, provided that no sensitive or confidential data is disclosed beyond what is operationally requisite or legally permissible. Furthermore, any testimonial, commentary, or statement, whether in text, visual, audio, or digital format, furnished voluntarily by the User, may be published, disseminated, reproduced, or adapted by the Practitioner across digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and promotional campaigns, without incurring any obligation of monetary compensation or further consent, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract. Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising from or in connection with these engagements shall be construed, governed, and adjudicated exclusively under the substantive and procedural laws of the Republic of India, with sole and irrevocable jurisdiction conferred upon the competent courts located within Bhandara, Maharashtra, to the absolute exclusion of all other courts or jurisdictions, and the User hereby waives any objection to such exclusive forum on grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Practitioner may engage in digital advertising, promotional campaigns, and remarketing initiatives across third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, or comparable advertising networks, which may employ cookies, tracking pixels, device identifiers, and analytical technologies to deliver interest-based advertisements, optimize campaign performance, and enhance the overall user experience. By continuing to access, browse, or use any of the Practitioner’s websites, services, or associated platforms, the User grants explicit and irrevocable consent for the lawful and limited use of non-personally identifiable data, such as browsing patterns, device information, or general demographic insights, for targeted advertising and audience analytics. While the Practitioner exercises all reasonable care and adheres to industry standards in maintaining the privacy and security of such data, the User acknowledges that third-party advertising networks operate under their own independent privacy practices and policies, for which the Practitioner assumes no responsibility or liability. The User retains the right to disable or limit cookies or tracking by adjusting browser preferences or utilizing platform-specific opt-out settings, including but not limited to Google Ads Settings, while understanding that disabling such features may limit the personalized functionality of services provided. The User further consents that any testimonial, review, comment, or feedback, whether provided in written, visual, audio, or digital form, and voluntarily submitted to the Practitioner, may be used, adapted, reproduced, displayed, or distributed across websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, or advertising campaigns without any claim for compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing, with the User granting a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license for such usage. All creative content, promotional designs, graphics, textual material, advertising assets, and intellectual property generated, shared, or displayed by the Practitioner shall remain its exclusive proprietary right, and no part thereof may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior express written authorization. Furthermore, any third-party links, banners, advertisements, or references that may appear on the Practitioner’s website, digital properties, or communications are provided solely for informational or convenience purposes, and the Practitioner neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy, reliability, legality, or quality of such third-party content, nor shall it be held liable for any interactions, transactions, damages, or claims arising from reliance on such external resources, which remain the sole responsibility of the User.

By initiating any transaction, purchase, or engagement with the Practitioner’s services or products, whether online or offline, the User unequivocally acknowledges, affirms, and grants irrevocable consent for the lawful collection, storage, and limited utilization of their personal identifiers, including but not limited to name, contact information, delivery details, or any voluntarily provided media such as photographs, reviews, or feedback, for purposes strictly aligned with order fulfillment, client communication, promotional representation, or testimonial display. The User further relinquishes any subsequent claim, objection, or entitlement to restrict the Practitioner’s legitimate usage of such voluntarily provided data or content within the scope of service delivery and brand representation, provided that no sensitive personal information is disclosed beyond the agreed or operationally necessary context.
